About The Role HP IQ is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Business Partner to support to our SVP, Design & Innovation while also providing operational support to the Design team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to SVP of Design & Innovation by managing priorities, anticipating needs, and executing with precision, while also keeping all operational processes for the Design Team running smoothly. This role collaborates closely with the Chief of Staff and builds strong relationships to communicate and work effectively across the organization. Role & Responsibilities: Lead the People M&A Function: Serve as the senior People partner and decision-maker across the M&A lifecycle.
