Role Overview We're hiring an Executive Assistant to support our CTO. This is not an entry-level EA role or an office management position. We are looking for someone with 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with direct experience supporting C-suite or senior engineering/technology leaders at high-growth startups or fast-scaling technology companies. You should understand the rhythms of an engineering organization and be comfortable operating in a technical environment. You would be based in Bangalore and report to the COO. You will be the CTO's primary point of operational support: managing his calendar, coordinating across engineering leads, preparing materials for technical reviews and planning sessions, tracking deliverables, and ensuring the operational machinery of the engineering organization runs smoothly.
