ABOUT THE ROLE: SpaceXSI is building and operating one of the world’s largest AI training campuses in Memphis, including Colossus and site facilities that support it. As a Facilities Technician, you are the hands-on crew that keeps offices, support buildings, and grounds in exceptional working condition. This role performs building and grounds maintenance: plumbing and toilet repairs, building HVAC, basic electrical and transformers, carpentry, painting, and general break/fix. You will run work tickets, complete preventive maintenance, and support moves, events, and vendor work across an assigned area of the campus. This is facilities maintenance—not data center rack cooling or CUP operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine building maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair of plumbing, HVAC, electrical/transformers, and carpentry requests. Conduct maintenance of assigned interior and exterior areas, including painting, patching walls, replacing ceiling/flooring tiles and carpet, fixtures, and roofing systems as assigned. Perform inspections and repairs to walls, floors, installed fixtures, doors/hardware, and building envelope. Respond to work tickets for leaks

ABOUT THE ROLE: SpaceXSI is building and operating one of the world’s largest AI training campuses in Memphis, including Colossus and site facilities that support it.The Facilities Specialist is the vendor, contract, and project-coordination backbone of the facilities maintenance organization. You will support managers and supervisors by having large ownership over purchasing, bidding, contractor walk-downs, work-order and spend reporting, and the contracts that keep buildings and grounds running—janitorial, landscaping, waste, pest control, elevators, and repair services and more. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the Facilities Manager(s) and Supervisors in all aspects of project implementation as needed. Create and take part in meetings and presentations with site and executive leadership. Provide campus-wide reporting on departmental spend, ticketing, and other metrics as requested. As a Facilities Supervisor, you will lead a team of technicians and specialist for an assigned area of that campus—office and support buildings, site infrastructure, and grounds. Your leadership keeps work orders moving, preventive maintenance on schedule, and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repair) in working order. Depending on assignment, you may also own soft services such as trash, landscaping, and pest control. This is hands-on front-line leadership for facilities maintenance. Your time will be spent between being on the floor with technicians, vendors, and tickets—closing work, removing blockers, and holding an exceptional standard. This position is directly responsible for keeping building systems in top condition, holding maintenance costs down, keeping vendors efficient, and presenting a campus that reflects our standards to employees, visitors, and VIPs.
