ABOUT THE ROLE: SpaceXSI is building and operating one of the world’s largest AI training campuses in Memphis, including Colossus and site facilities that support it. As a Facilities Supervisor, you will lead a team of technicians and specialist for an assigned area of that campus—office and support buildings, site infrastructure, and grounds. Your leadership keeps work orders moving, preventive maintenance on schedule, and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repair) in working order. Depending on assignment, you may also own soft services such as trash, landscaping, and pest control. This is hands-on front-line leadership for facilities maintenance. Your time will be spent between being on the floor with technicians, vendors, and tickets—closing work, removing blockers, and holding an exceptional standard. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead a high-performing team handling facilities maintenance for an assigned campus area—including general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and (where assigned) janitorial, landscaping, waste, and pest control—to deliver reliable service with minimal disruption to occupied buildings and site operations. Job Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities equipment. Monitor inventory of facility supplies and materials. As a Facilities Technician, you are the hands-on crew that keeps offices, support buildings, and grounds in exceptional working condition. This role performs building and grounds maintenance: plumbing and toilet repairs, building HVAC, basic electrical and transformers, carpentry, painting, and general break/fix. You will run work tickets, complete preventive maintenance, and support moves, events, and vendor work across an assigned area of the campus. This is facilities maintenance—not data center rack cooling or CUP operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine building maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair of plumbing, HVAC, electrical/transformers, and carpentry requests. Conduct maintenance of assigned interior and exterior areas, including painting, patching walls, replacing ceiling/flooring tiles and carpet, fixtures, and roofing systems as assigned. ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Facilities Maintenance Assistant at SpaceXSI Memphis, you will support the upkeep of our supercomputing data center facilities by assisting with routine non-critical maintenance tasks. Under close supervision, you'll help with basic operations and limited maintenance on critical equipment, contributing to a reliable and efficient environment that powers our AI-driven mission. This entry-level role emphasizes hands-on learning, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in performing non-critical maintenance and repair work, including people door repairs, administrative area upkeep, building envelope maintenance, and/or landscaping Under direct supervision of an operator, assist as required in the operation of critical equipment. Assist in the performance of limited maintenance on offline critical equipment as directed, including: single chiller maintenance, single CDU filter changeouts, and/or leak detection verification in alarming racks Support daily inspections of facilities areas to identify and report potential issues. ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Project Manager with a strong engineering background to lead mission-critical facilities work across our Southaven and Memphis sites. As a key on-site leader on the facilities operations team, you’ll bring technical credibility, engineering expertise, and steady project leadership to fast-paced, high-impact work in live, technically advanced facilities.
