Facilities Manager will have the overall responsibility to manage the technical facilities, engineering services and all experience services for the client for day-to-day activities for the office Duties Site Operations Management Responsible for technical and facilities’ operations, ensuring all requirements are met Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations Implement/ manage building procedures and performance measures and ensure they are maintained at all times Review existing operations regularly and develop initiatives and strategies to reduce costs and improve operational standards Provide comprehensive and accurate reporting relating to the Critical Environment as directed/ required – 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required Risk Management Ensure the JLL Operational Risk Management (ORM) program is implemented and maintained. – Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures Client/Stakeholder Management Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation Procurement & Vendor Management</p

Facility Manager Work Dynamics What this job involves: Leading on-site operations Are you a pro at giving on-site support? Working with a team, you’ll oversee the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property or facility. You’ll also implement building procedures and performance measures—and ensure that they are maintained at all times. Likewise, you’ll boost on-site operations by promoting best practices and creating better processes. This job will also entail the question “How do I ensure the safety of my colleagues?” You will do this by promoting adherence to health and safety standards. 1. Managing the delivery of Technical services as per SOW of LSA to Client at site level. 2. Ensuring outstanding service (AMC s) delivery at all times for service lines responsible. 3.
