Position Overview: The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Diligent’ s financial planning and analysis efforts across assigned regions or business areas. This role provides deep insights and actionable recommendations that inform both strategic and operational decisions. The Senior Financial Analyst leads budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling activities, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders to drive performance and operational efficiency. The successful candidate demonstrates advanced analytical skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders through clear, data-driven insights. As a Finance Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in modernizing Datadog's finance organization through process automation, data analytics, and financial systems optimization. Working within the Finance Systems team, you will partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and other finance stakeholders to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial processes and reporting.
