Position Overview: The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Diligent’ s financial planning and analysis efforts across assigned regions or business areas. This role provides deep insights and actionable recommendations that inform both strategic and operational decisions. The Senior Financial Analyst leads budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling activities, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders to drive performance and operational efficiency. The successful candidate demonstrates advanced analytical skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders through clear, data-driven insights. The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team analyzes company financial data (revenue, customers, headcount, expenses, etc.) in order to support the business’ growth and success. As an analyst supporting the team, you will play a key role in delivering insights through the management of essential data infrastructure, including our financial planning tool, Pigment.
