Head of AI Native Operations

Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About the Role: As Manager, Enablement Programs, you will own the programs and operating system that help sellers ramp fast and execute with confidence — from global onboarding to role-readiness, Field OS, and AI-enabled enablement workflows. This role exists because we’re evolving our Enablement and GTM motion, and we need a leader to drive that change: set the standard for what “great” looks like in the era of AI, build an AI-native enablement model, and own the agentic workflows that help the field execute. What You'll Achieve: By day 90: Build the first version of the Field OS as a seller-ramp unlock (priority workflows, trusted resources, and AI-enabled execution moments by role). By day 90: Map and prototype the core custom agents that help sellers ramp faster and apply the right support at each stage of the sales process. By day 90: Refresh onboarding around continuous iteration (A/B testing, measurement, and role-specific alignment to the sales process) and implement onboarding engagement + impact metrics. By day 90: Stand up a dedicated manager onboarding track to help managers ramp faster and reinforce new-hire success cons

About the Team Business Marketing at OpenAI helps companies understand, adopt, and realize value from intelligence at work. We believe our own marketing organization should demonstrate what changes when intelligence becomes part of the work: fewer manual handoffs, faster learning, better use of customer and product signals, and more capacity for ambitious thinking. Marketing Technology works across Marketing, go-to-market, Data, Engineering, IT, Security, and Product to define the systems, agents, data, workflows, and operating model that power modern marketing at OpenAI. The team has an opportunity to rethink marketing operations alongside the people building the models, products, and infrastructure shaping the future of AI. About the Role We are hiring a Head of Marketing Operations & Technology to build the most AI-enabled marketing operations organization in the world. You will own the systems, infrastructure, data, and workflows that help Marketing operate with greater intelligence, speed, and impact. You will set the function’s strategy, decide what to build or buy, and develop new capabilities where existing solutions fall short. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, data, and AI. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, Growth, and Revenue Operations while building a team of technical operators and builders who can turn ambitious ideas into dependable systems. We welcome varied backgrounds—from marketing operations leaders who have expanded the function’s traditional boundaries to founders and builders of AI-native products, growth infrastructure, or internal platforms. What matters most is a deep understanding of marketing, strong technical instincts, and the ambition to imagine a fundamentally better way of working. In this role, you will: Define the vision, strategy, and operating model for Marketing Operations & Technology, including how AI should reshape the function. Build and lead a team spanning market

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure. Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users. Our platform is trusted by over 6.5 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $257M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
