About The Role Help bring Cohere's enablement strategy to life for our field teams in North America. This generalist role will build and manage programs end-to-end, from design through rollout, measurement, and iteration, while working directly with managers and reps to ensure enablement drives results. You'll report to the Head of Sales Enablement and help establish operational rigor as this global function scales. Key Responsibilities Own enablement programs from design through rollout, measurement, and iteration Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and RevOps to align GTM priorities and embed enablement into every stage of the sales lifecycle Create and curate high-impact resources (playbooks, battle cards, demo scripts, certification programs) for Cohere's solutions Establish KPIs (win rates, sales cycle efficiency) and use analytics to refine initiatives and prove ROI Operationalize MEDDPICC methodology into everyday seller behavior (deal reviews, coaching, planning) Build certification paths that accelerate new seller productivity across regions and cultures Maintain and evolve the enablement content platform

THE ROLE The Field Productivity & Enablement Lead is responsible for making our sales motion clear, practical, and repeatable. This person will help define how we sell at Baseten: how managers run the business, how reps qualify and advance deals, how sales works with FDE, product, marketing, and support, and how those expectations get turned into training and day-to-day habits. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who excels at both strategy and execution. You'll shape the system, but you won't stop at slides or frameworks. You'll build the playbooks, run the training, coach to the behaviors, and help managers ensure the process is followed consistently. We're not looking for someone who wants to force-fit a single methodology onto the business. We're looking for someone who is fluent in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, and similar approaches, and can take the best ideas from each, adapt them to a technical sales motion, and build an approach that fits how Baseten actually sells. You'll report to the Head of Enablement and Productivity. Frontline managers and reps are your primary customers. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage operating model. Define the core rhythms for frontline managers, including 1:1s, forecast calls, pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and coaching cadences. Create clear expectations for how managers inspect deals, coach reps, and drive consistency across the team. Sale

OVERVIEW: The Insights product is an offering for Guidepoint's institutional investment and corporate clients, now in its 9 th year, that offers teleconferences, surveys, in-person events, and AI-facilitated data and content. The teleconferences live in an online library portal, which covers a wide of industries/topics that enables our clients to make informed decisions. All content features experts from Guidepoint’s proprietary global network and is conceptualized and hosted by former investment professionals (i.e. hedge fund analysts), sell-side equity research analysts, and industry professionals. This is a hybrid position based in our New York City office. What you'll do: Build and lead a high-caliber research team: Recruit, develop, and manage a group of analysts producing differentiated, investor-grade insights across the technology, media and telecom (TMT) space, with full ownership over research quality, agenda-setting, and output. Own the research strategy and content roadmap: Define what gets covered and why—shaping expert calls, thematic work, and proprietary content aligned with real-time public equity investor demand Drive business growth and AI-enabled innovation: Partner with commercial and product teams to launch new research offerings, leveraging AI to scale insight generation, enhance workflows, and create differentiated products for institutional investor clients.
