THE ROLE As Everpure continues to grow and evolve, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our organisation in France. As the primary HR partner on the ground in France, you will support leaders and managers across a broad range of people matters, combining day-to-day operational HR partnership with more strategic people initiatives. You will work with a high degree of ownership and independence in your day-to-day role, while being well supported by the wider EMEA HR team, including HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards and Learning & Development. You will also partner closely with internal and external Legal Counsel on complex employee relations. In this role you will also be the sole HR contact for French Works Council matters. This role is ideal for an HR Business Partner who enjoys variety, building strong relationships with the business and taking ownership for local HR delivery, while working collaboratively as part of a wider regional and international team. The Compliance Specialist, EMEA is a subject matter expert who owns employment, labor, and statutory compliance across the region (primarily France, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Ireland and UK). This is an individual-contributor role where you will be the region's go-to authority on People compliance, partnering closely with People Operations, Legal, People Business Partners and regional stakeholders to build and maintain compliant people processes that enable Datadog's continued growth in EMEA. You'll join a growing team - currently a Compliance Coordinator and an incoming Apprentice joining in September - and will work closely with them, bringing a more experienced, hands-on perspective to help scale the team's compliance capabilities across the region. This is a hands-on, operational role suited to someone who enjoys working in the details, partnering cross-functionally, and building a strong foundation of People compliance across multiple countries.
