Who You Are As a Payroll Operations Specialist – APAC on the International team, you are responsible for the day-to-day heavy lifting that keeps our operations running smoothly across the Asia-Pacific region. You act as a vital bridge between Justworks, our customers, and our external regional payroll providers, ensuring that all payroll matters—ranging from variables, net pay disbursements, to complex regional reconciliations—are handled with precision. You excel in a highly collaborative yet supportive role where you can own specific workflows and maintain compliance across multiple expanding jurisdictions. You are a proactive communicator who enjoys managing vendor relationships to resolve discrepancies quickly. You are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment but know exactly when to escalate complex compliance or structural issues. We’re growing our team of technical CRM specialists in Mexico City to support that mission. About the Role As an Associate, Campaign Operations, you will help build, test, and launch retention marketing campaigns using our email service platform (ESP), Braze, working from designs created by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. You’ll support the Campaign Operations Manager and our Lifecycle Marketing partners to help each campaign clear quality review and reach customers on time. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor execution and quality-review role, distinct from brand, content, social media, or performance-marketing positions, and a strong fit for someone early in their CRM or lifecycle-marketing career.
