This role will help build and manage the operational foundation of our Mexico People function, supporting payroll, benefits, HR systems, time and attendance, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle administration, and vendor coordination. Reporting to the Regional HR Manager and partnering closely with Global HR Operations, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, and external providers, you will help ensure our People Operations processes are accurate, compliant, scalable, and deliver a great employee experience. Who you are: You are a detail-oriented and service-minded HR Operations professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes. You understand that great People Operations requires both accuracy and strong employee experience. You are comfortable working across payroll, benefits, systems, and vendors, and you know how to spot discrepancies, ask the right questions, follow through, and escalate when needed.
