About the Role We're looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join Ramp's People team during an active Workday implementation. Reporting to our Senior HRIS Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in configuration and system support, partnering closely with our implementation partner and cross-functional teams through go-live and hypercare. This is an opportunity to help strengthen the data integrity, controls, and employee experience that support Ramp as we scale. You'll bring a solutions-focused, collaborative approach and strong systems thinking to a fast-moving, high-growth environment. About the Role, Mission or Department Overview The HRIS Analyst II reports directly to the HRIS Senior Manager and is important for optimizing and supporting Workday Performance, Core HCM, Compensation, HR reporting, and related areas. Primary responsibilities include system configuration, issue troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, production support, and creating mid-level reports. Working with senior HRIS analysts, the HR operations team, and partners, you will guide enhancements to provide HR technology solutions. This is a hybrid role based in our Norfolk, VA office.
