We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead our Gauteng South Africa office. As the senior leader for the branch, you will be responsible for driving business performance, operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team success while ensuring compliance with South African immigration regulations and company standards. The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of people leadership, client relationship management, operational expertise, and commercial acumen to support sustainable growth, strengthen client partnerships, and deliver exceptional immigration solutions. As our Branch Manager, you will be required to: Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing immigration team. Drive employee engagement, performance management, coaching, and succession planning initiatives. Ensure appropriate workforce planning and resource allocation to support operational requirements. Client Relationship Management Serve as the senior escalation point for complex client, case, and operational matters.
