About the role: Our Implementation Consultants start the customers journey after signature working with our top customers. They own the customer relationship and are responsible for a successful deployment of Samsara’s solution. You understand the value they are trying to achieve and work with them to define and deliver a project plan to achieve this. Your role will be cross-functional in nature, working alongside and connecting Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product, enabling you to experience multiple aspects of a hyper-growth company from within. Will require travel to customer sites for up to 30% of the time, which may include overnight stays. You’re responsible for the technical realization of your projects and serve as the main point of contact for your customers. You guide customers through the entire project life cycle , which involves: Analyzing the customer’s planning challenges and advising them in choosing the best solution for their specific needs. Determining feasible project plans in collaboration with OMP’s project managers. Finding clever planning solutions in collaboration with our solution architects to ensure correct implementation. Implementing the solution from start to finish, together with the customer’s project team. Providing expertise before, during, and after implementation. Training customers and helping them to get the most of their solution. Implementing our bi-directional SAP integration solution Although you’ll be visiting customers regularly (about 20% of your time), you won’t be outsourced. In this way, you remain rooted in our team of experts and consultants.
