Qualification
Required: 5+ years in implementation, client onboarding, or project management within self-funded health benefits, TPA operations, or a health plan. Working knowledge of self-funded medical and pharmacy plan design, and the compliance landscape that comes with it (ERISA, ACA, CAA, Mental Health Parity). Direct experience running complex, multi-party healthcare implementations on a fixed effective date. Fluency in the employer and TPA distribution channel, including how brokers, consultants, benefits administrators, and stop-loss carriers fit together. Comfort with eligibility files, enrollment data, and system configuration. You do not need to be technical, but you need to be precise and unafraid of the details. Clear, concise communicator who can confidently lead client discussions and provide leadership with direct, well-informed answers. Strong organizational skills and the judgment to prioritize when everything feels urgent. Preferred : Experience implementing on behalf of, or alongside, a TPA.
