ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a Certified Weld Inspector to support the buildout of SpaceXSI's high-performance data centers. In this hands-on role, you will inspect welds on industrial piping and structural steel and keep quality moving on our next-generation AI supercomputing infrastructure. You will work closely with welding, mechanical, structural, and operations teams to verify weld quality from construction through turnover. This is a full-time, onsite role with significant travel to SpaceXSI data center sites. This is an hourly position with overtime. RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspect welds in progress and at completion on large-bore industrial piping and structural steel, and accept or reject them against the applicable code, welding procedure specification (WPS), and drawings. Interpret AWS, ASME, and project specifications against isometric, spool, structural, and arrangement drawings. Monitor GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW work and confirm it is performed to the qualified welding procedure. Verify and document welder qualifications before a welder is released to weld on the package. ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking an Industrial Pipefitter to support the buildout of SpaceXSI's high-performance data centers. In this hands-on role, you will install large industrial piping systems and keep construction moving on our next-generation AI supercomputing infrastructure. You will work closely with mechanical, welding, structural, electrical, and operations teams to fit, hang, and test pipe from construction through turnover. This is a full-time, onsite role with significant travel to SpaceXSI data center sites. RESPONSIBILITIES: Install large-bore industrial piping (process, mechanical, utility, and related systems): measure, cut, bevel, fit, hang, and make up joints per drawings and specs. Perform flange, groove, thread, and welded-joint fit-up; align pipe, set gaps, and prep joints for the welding crew. Install valves, fittings, hangers, supports, strut, and anchors; hang pipe racks and supports plumb and on grade.
