In this strategic leadership role, you will provide medical expertise and scientific leadership across Natera’s oncology portfolio, with a focus on melanoma, cutaneous malignancies, and immunotherapy applications across solid tumors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in research, development, medical affairs, and commercial functions to ensure the scientific integrity and clinical adoption of Natera’s oncology testing solutions. Primary Responsibilities: Clinical Adoption: Lead the clinical strategy and evidence generation for melanoma, non-melanoma skin cancers, and pan-tumor immunotherapy indications. Partner closely with clinical development, medical affairs, and commercial teams to translate emerging evidence into meaningful clinical practice applications. Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs), cooperative groups, and academic investigators to validate and expand clinical use cases for ctDNA-based diagnostics in immuno-oncology. Provide field-facing education and strategic guidance to healthcare providers, payers, and advocacy organizations on clinical utility, interpretation, and impact of MRD and response monitoring in immune-treated populations. Identify and address barriers to adoption by aligning evidence generation, messaging, and stakeholder engagement with evolving standards of care and health system needs. What you will be doing: Own HSIO (PCIe/NVLink) validation of products from start to finish including test plan development, automation, design for validation requirements, resource planning, coverage metrics, test execution, bug resolution, and release to production. We are seeking a Principal IO/Clocking Design Engineer to be a part of our design team working on critical high-speed circuits common to all DRAM related memory products! In this position, you will be responsible for the development, design, optimization, verification, and fan out of these high-speed circuits to all DRAM related projects at Micron. You will work on equalization and bandwidth extension to push the speed limits of the circuit and process technology, analyze resulting IO impairments, clock jitter and duty error impact to DRAM system and timing budget, and develop effective engineering solutions. Responsibilities: Innovate, design, optimize and verify high-speed IO and clocking circuits used in new DRAM products. Apply proven high-speed circuit design techniques and enhance critical performance evaluation of the IO data path and clocking path at circuit level. Develop accurate modeling, analysis and simulation methodology to capture key circuit performance metrics and their impact to product specifications at full-chip and system level. Work with Product Engineering and SI team to compare silicon performance with simulation results and support correlation activities.
