Webflow is looking for an IT Support Specialist to be the hands-on technical presence in our San Francisco office. You'll be the first line of support for employees, resolving tickets through our help desk using state of the art, AI powered support tooling, while also owning the technology that makes our office run and our biggest moments land: all hands meetings, events, and day to day audio visual needs. You'll partner closely with our Workplace Experience team on site builds or modifications, and support onboarding cohorts to make sure new hires start with everything working on day one.
