Our Mission You call. You wait. You call again. In every other part of your life, you book in seconds. In healthcare, you’re blocked. We’re here to give power to the patient. For nearly 20 years, we’ve built the leading healthcare marketplace - helping tens of millions of people find and book the care they need. Now, we’re going further: building our infrastructure beyond Zocdoc’s marketplace to power access to care wherever patients search, from provider websites and insurance directories to search engines, AI platforms, and more. Healthcare still lacks something every other major consumer industry takes for granted: a seamless way to go from seeking to getting . We don’t want to own the front door to care; there isn't one. We want to make sure all of those doors open when patients are knocking. Fixing healthcare starts with fixing access to it. And we're still just getting started. Your Impact on our Mission At Zocdoc, we are building products that help people access care more easily and help partners deliver better scheduling experiences at scale. As a Lead Product Designer on Care Access Network, you will shape partner-facing experiences that help healthcare organizations understand what is possible with Zocdoc and imagine new ways we can work together. You will bring product design, storytelling, and rapid prototyping together to create compelling visions of future partnership opportunities across dashboards, workflows, reporting, concepts, and tailored experiences. This is a lead-level individual contributor role for a designer who can move fluidly between strategy, craft, systems thinking, and hands-on making. You will work in a highly consultative environment, using design as a superpower to help prospective and existing partners see around corners, align on opportunity, and build confidence in where the business relationship can go next. You will also help define how design works in a more AI-native product development model, using

Scale is hiring a Staff Product Designer to lead product design for Scale's Public Sector business unit. Public Sector brings AI-powered decision support directly to government and national security customers. You'll design sophisticated tools for critical operations including crisis planning, geo spatial- visualization, and human-agent collaborative canvases. Much of this work has no established playbook. The conventions for how humans and agents plan, review, and decide together are still being written, and this role will help write them. You'll push past existing patterns to establish new ones, then make them durable enough for the rest of the platform to build on. This is a role for a designer who enjoys untangling dense workflows and making powerful systems feel coherent, intuitive, and trustworthy at speed. What you’ll do Own the end-to-end design, from undefined requirements through wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Develop state-of-the-art techniques to leverage AI in design systems and processes. Design for complex, data-dense workflows: dashboards, mapping interfaces, alerting systems, and analytical reporting tools. Partner directly with Product and Engineering peers to turn ambiguity into clear product directions, work through tradeoffs and launch experiences. Work directly in code alongside engineers, going beyond static mockups to help build and refine the shipped experience. Work with customers, building direct relationships during key project touchpoints (discovery, feedback, post-launch) and confidently socializing design decisions with stakeholders. Contribute design assets and interaction patterns back to the broader platform. Who you are 10–15 years of experience across a range of design settings and problem types. You're energized by complexity. You take dense, tangled systems and turn them into something elegant and easy to use, and you're at your best when the problem is hard. You bring clarity to ambiguity.

Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for building platform features that impact UX at a massive scale. As a member of AAA, you’ll work across a breadth of problem spaces on deeply technical topics, such as governance, access, teams, identity, and multi-org UX. You’ll lead design for features that mediate how Datadog’s biggest customers use the platform and manage what their employees can see and do. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do AAA is a highly technical product environment, where designers strive to understand the technical workflows, constraints and opportunities within this domain. As you develop subject matter expertise, you’ll use your influence as a Senior designer to drive the roadmap and vision. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with your PM and engineering partners to understand customers’ pain points, explore solutions, and build UI that ships. Prototyping in code creates the opportunity to share high-fidelity ideas at early stages, even if the design itself is low-fidelity. Tight feedback loops let your team iterate quickly, building towards an ideal vision for the best possible experience while you ship incremental steps towards that goal. In addition to making the work, you will also share your work with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority, all the way up to executive leadership level. Your crisp context setting and clear description of your solution will help people understand your choices and sell them on your proposal. Your work will up-level the quality bar for what an admin experience can look like. While you’ll leverage Datadog’s design system where it makes sense, you won’t let it prevent broad exploration of different design patterns in the service of finding the optimal solu

The way products get built is changing. Agents write a growing share of shipped interfaces, designers work in code, and a design system's output is bigger than a component library. At Datadog we're redefining ours for that world, and evolving how the product looks and feels at the same time. DRUIDS is the design system behind every Datadog surface, used daily by more than a hundred designers and thousands of engineers across thirty-plus products. You'll lead the team that owns it: designers and design engineers who set the system's direction, hold the quality bar for what ships, and build the tools that make designing in code the default way to work. The team partners closely with product designers, frontend engineers and PMs across the company. This is a hands-on leadership role in a technical, engineering-forward company. You'll be expected to have a point of view and defend it, to be the person the design org asks about quality, and to make the call when work isn't good enough yet. Much of what a design system should be right now hasn't been settled — here or anywhere else. If you're a designer who never stopped making things, and you'd rather decide what a system should be than maintain one that already exists, this is the role. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do Lead the team and set its direction Decide what DRUIDS owns, what it ships, and what stays with product teams. Own where the system goes next. Have a view on what a design system should be, and argue for it. Turn direction into a roadmap, and work with partners on what gets built and when. Coach the designers and design engineers on your team, be clear about what each person owns, and hire as the team grows. Own craft and quality Own the craft and quality of components, patterns,
