You'll own the hardest, most ambiguous design problems at Novo — the ones that cut across checking, payments, credit, and invoicing, and across web, iOS, and Android — and you'll set the bar for what great looks like for everyone else. About the Role We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our Integrity Design team and shape how DoorDash earns and protects trust across its three-sided marketplace. Integrity is a uniquely rich design space: every decision can affect a Customer’s confidence, a Dasher’s earnings and safety, a Merchant’s business, and the health of the marketplace itself. You’ll work across high-craft moments in the Consumer and Dasher apps and Merchant Portal, operational review tools, and AI-powered systems that detect risk, assemble evidence, and drive decisions. Scale is hiring a Senior Product Designer / Founding Designer to lead product design for Scale’s rapidly growing ‘AI for Enterprise Data’ business unit. The mission of AI for Enterprise Data is to accelerate the deployment of AI by helping large enterprises solve their most ambitious challenges. This role will take on multiple products ranging from 0-1 initiatives to improving established products. This includes a suite of powerful AI tools for insurance AI, document processing, and more. Responsibilities Design end to end user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for desktop web applications. Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations team members to solve product and business challenges.
