Vault enables law firms and enterprise clients to securely store, organize, search, and leverage their documents and institutional knowledge within Harvey's AI-powered ecosystem. You will lead cross-functional teams to build and scale Vault's capabilities, including file management, AI-enabled search and Q&A, document extraction, secure sharing across workspaces, and seamless integrations with enterprise document management systems like iManage, SharePoint, and Dropbox. Role Overview We're looking for a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead the Admin & Enterprise Platform Admin is how firm leaders and innovation teams set up and run Harvey inside their organizations: workflow configuration, permissions and governance, and visibility into how the product is being used. These are the people who decide whether Harvey stays at an account, and Admin is where they see what they're getting from it. Enterprise Platform owns the context and knowledge layer every Harvey product builds from: document management integrations, Vault, connectors, and the research hub. The Developer Velocity team partners with product engineering, platform, infrastructure, reliability, engineering acceleration, and observability teams to make everyday development faster and releases safer, more predictable, and easier to operate. About the Role We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to improve developer velocity and deployment excellence across ChatGPT. You will lead durable improvements to local development, CI, testing, build systems, release trains, progressive rollout, and post-deployment validation. You will identify the highest-leverage sources of engineering friction, align teams around shared standards and metrics, and drive adoption of tooling and workflows that improve both speed and reliability. This role combines systems thinking, technical program leadership, and hands-on operating rigor across a broad engineering surface. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. About the Role The AI Deployment Manager role is a specialist post-sales enablement role focused on delivering high-impact enablement and adoption services across OpenAI’s product suite. This role is responsible for designing and delivering enablement experiences that support a repeatable adoption framework, driving sustained activation, expanding breadth and depth of usage, and measurable business value across OpenAI’s product suite, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents. This role blends strong product fluency, instructional design, and customer advisory. You will lead live workshops, deliver services, and design adoption interventions for audiences ranging from everyday business users to technical practitioners and executive leaders, helping customers understand not just what OpenAI’s products can do, but how to apply them effectively in real world workflows. Success in this role means accelerating customer confidence, increasing product adoption, supporting successful launches of new product capabilities, and helping customers translate product features into tangible outcomes across teams and business functions.
