About the Role We are hiring a Robotaxi Program Manager to lead day-to-day technical execution of Nuro’s robotaxi partnership. This person will sit in our engineering organization and work across engineering, business, and external partner teams to make our initial deployment and following scale-up a success. This person will help define our critical path to launch in multiple new cities, track our performance, and manage resolution of issues both internally and externally. The role is a good fit for someone who loves being at the center of a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly growing technical program. This successful candidate should be able to quickly ramp up on a broad range of technical topics, be comfortable leading meetings across all levels, is highly organized, and an outstanding communicator. About the Team L4 driverless deployment creates an incredibly high bar for behavior quality and safety. About the Role As the Technical Lead for Fleet Connectivity, you will define and build the highly resilient foundation for two-way communication between Nuro’s autonomous fleets and the cloud. You will take ownership of the networking infrastructure, telemetry, and routing that manage critical data flow at scale across our current and next-generation platforms. Your technical leadership will drive the architecture of fault-tolerant software across both cellular and Wi-Fi networks. A significant part of this role involves evaluating new connectivity hardware modules and working intimately with modems and commercial cellular networks to maximize throughput and stability. About the Role Nuro Driver is the engineering organization that builds the foundational, end-to-end models powering our autonomous driving system, validates their safety, and makes sure they run efficiently onboard our vehicles. That spans Autonomy, Controls, Systems, and Localization, and the people we hire here define what our technology is capable of. We are looking for a hands-on recruiting manager to build the team behind that. You will lead 4-5 recruiters and personally run the most important searches, from ML and autonomy to systems engineering and beyond.
