About the Opportunity We are looking for a Legal Counsel Corporate & Regulatory to strengthen our expertise in corporate law and banking regulation. Together with your team, you will advise internal stakeholders on a broad range of legal matters across Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, M&A, Corporate Financing and, prospectively, Capital Markets Law. Another key element of your role will be advising on banking regulatory matters. Working closely with your team, our management and our General Counsel, you will develop pragmatic solutions across a broad range of topics. You will also work closely with external counsel and independently coordinate their work.
