Job Purpose and Summary: The Field Nurse LPN will conduct quality reviews and provide education specific to medication compliance for Skilled Nursing (SNF) and Assisted Living (ALF) customers. This position includes observing and giving one on one feedback to staff conducting medication pass, reviewing medication carts and rooms for medication storage compliance and safety, conducting in-services for medication administration, and checking clinical documentation.
