We are looking for a new Local Delivery Supervisor to join our growing Local Operations Team and Fulfillment Center network . This individual will report into our Senior Manager, Final Mile Delivery and is responsible for the oversight, development, and accountability of the local delivery and pickup counter operations. This role provides leadership across fleet administration, dispatch, driver management, and on-site pickup counter functions, ensuring efficient, safe, and customer-focused service. Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt Location: 180,000 sq. ft. in Farmers Branch, TX at 12301 N. Stemmons Fwy, Farmers Branch, TX 75234 Schedule: This role oversees an operation that runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CT . While this position generally follows a schedule, operational demands during peak and seasonal periods may require leaders to work additional hours beyond their regular schedule. Leaders are expected to maintain a flexible schedule and adjust their working hours as needed to support the business and their teams. As a Delivery Driver for Omnicare Pharmacy, you will deliver prescription orders and/or products to customers on a predetermined route and schedule in a company provided vehicle. Delivery Drivers take important steps to ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for our patients and they demonstrate ethical conduct and always maintain patient confidentiality. Successful Delivery Drivers will utilize a customer service mindset to manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team’s ability to fill patient prescriptions promptly, safely and accurately.
