The Quality Control Auditor randomly conducts audits of all warehouse personnel to ensure a high level of customer service. You will randomly select cases and totes for inspection, using labels and item listings, verify accuracy of store order picked by matching merchandise to invoice and verify to the proper packing of picked orders. Additional responsibilities: Use WMS to print orders. Randomly select store numbers to be audited using the assumed receipts model. Communicate and verify store numbers for transportation and operational purposes. Communicate to individuals on an as needed basis. Retrieve and break down store order to be audited. Scan store order picked using technology. Complete store audit information. Complete documents and palletize order for delivery. Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor. Assist in yearly inventory. Assist in all housekeeping of the department. All other duties as required. This position has a lifting requirement of 30lbs, other physical activities include bending/reaching/stooping walking/standing/climbing Overtime may be required, particularly during high volume periods, to ensure that all stores are serviced according to daily schedule.</li

Schedules with available openings are posted weekly, and additional shifts may appear through shift swaps or peaks in demand. You will be expected to work at least one shift every four weeks for a minimum of four hours each shift. Variable Schedule Operations Associates will be scheduled for one shift a month to help meet this requirement. This will also be a key time to review any relevant changes in processes and company-provided tooling, and stay connected with the Site Leadership Team, including your supervisor. Reliability and communication are key — when you pick up a shift, we count on you to show up on time and complete each shift, while meeting performance expectations. You’ll start with DashMart onboarding and initial training ( one shift ) and complete one 4-hour on-the-job training shift (must be completed within 14 days) to set you up for success, then you can begin choosing shifts based on business needs and your schedule.
