Key Responsibilities Provide specialist oncology care for patients with lung and CNS cancers. Deliver outpatient clinics, treatment planning, and ongoing patient management. Participate in relevant multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and cancer pathways. Develop and implement personalised treatment plans in line with national and local guidelines. Work collaboratively with colleagues across oncology and wider cancer services to ensure seamless patient care. Contribute to service development, clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiatives. Support and supervise junior medical staff and contribute to educational activities within the department. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with NHS, GMC, and Trust standards. Undertake Supporting Professional Activities (SPA) including appraisal, revalidation, teaching, and continuing professional development.
