Role Overview You will be working with the Fulfilment Finance team, part of THG Fulfil, a fast-growing function of THG Ingenuity. You will be responsible for fixed costs accounting across our warehouse operations and the Automation P&L, a brand-new business unit within Fulfil. This involves maintaining high standards of financial controls, accurate balance sheets, commercial reporting across fixed costs and the Automation P&L, and supporting new deals in collaboration with the Finance Director (FD) and Solutions teams. The role will support a variety of ongoing projects focused on improving efficiency, which may involve working with data and technology teams. Responsibilities Month-end close, including variance analysis and commentary on cost movements against forecast and budget. Providing regular fixed costs reporting to support business decision-making. Weekly forecasting with variance analysis and commentary. Posting cost, revenue and accrual journals. Balance sheet reconciliations. Providing valuable insights into P&L performance. Communicating with a wide range of internal stakeholders. Assistant Financial Controller - Fulfilment Operations Role Overview We are seeking an Assistant Financial Controller/Management Accountant to support the financial performance of THG Ingenuity's fulfilment operations. This role plays a key part in operational costing, commercial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and business partnering across multiple fulfilment sites. The successful candidate will work closely with Site Leads, Operational Leadership and Commercial teams to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, improve profitability and support strategic decision-making. The role will also support new client onboarding activities, ensuring operational requirements are understood and reflected within financial models and forecasts. Commercial Finance Business Partner Role Overview We are seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner to lead the financial review, onboarding and commercial governance of new THG Ingenuity clients. This is a highly visible role that sits at the heart of Commercial, Operations, Solutions and Finance, ensuring client contracts, billing structures and operational processes are accurately translated into scalable financial and system solutions. The successful candidate will own the commercial finance onboarding process from contract review through to billing implementation, ensuring clients are integrated efficiently, commercially aligned and capable of being billed accurately from day one. The role requires exceptional organisation, attention to detail and stakeholder management skills, with a strong focus on governance, contract management and process improvement.
