Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant with a strong Banking and/or Wealth Management background to support complex transformation programmes across our financial services clients. You will be responsible for understanding the people and organisational impacts of transformation and developing structured change approaches that enable successful adoption. The role requires a strong combination of change management, stakeholder engagement and communications expertise, alongside sufficient banking domain knowledge to understand the business context in which change is taking place. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders, programme leadership, technology and delivery teams to assess change impacts, identify stakeholder needs, develop communications and engagement strategies, and support the organisation through transition and implementation.
