We’re seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to join Cohere’s customer-facing Engineering Program Management team. We need someone with curiosity, drive, independence, and leadership, who has hands-on experience working directly with customers and managing projects for enterprise-grade software or enterprise-focused machine learning solutions. Position Summary : Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Warranty & Production, this role is responsible for production planning, production volume analysis, inventory system management, physical inventory management, and purchasing/procurement. Based on accurate data and system management, the role maintains alignment among production, inventory, and purchasing, supports the Senior Manager, Warranty & Production's decision making, and contributes to the efficient and safe operation of the production site. Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning Establish daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on orders, in coordination with the Production Execution Lead, Custom Call Lead, and Warranty Execution Lead. Adjust production plans to reflect seasonal demand fluctuations, including new product launches and off-season periods. Manage plan-versus-actual performance; analyze causes of variance and propose corrective actions.
