ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Data Center Manager, you’ll oversee the data center technicians and supervisors who keep SpaceXSI's AI infrastructure running smoothly. This role is pivotal in ensuring our systems operate at peak efficiency, supporting the compute power behind our mission. You’ll co-lead a skilled team, manage critical operations, and implement smart, sustainable solutions. We’re looking for someone with technical expertise and a proactive approach to maintain and scale our facilities effectively. RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee Site Operations: Manage power, cooling, networking, and hardware deployments to ensure 99.999% uptime for SpaceXSI's AI compute systems, keeping our infrastructure reliable and ready for innovation. Guide Your Team: Lead and develop a team of Data Center Operations Technicians through training, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment tied to SpaceXSI's objectives. ABOUT THE ROLE: The Materials Management organization is a crucial part of data center operations, managing all critical materials to build and operate the world’s largest supercomputer clusters. Our goal is to become a leader in inventory performance with high accuracy and efficiency. The Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities and exceeding customer expectations by leading continuous improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to reviewing timecard compliance, scheduling, periodic reviews, supply ordering, one-on-one mentoring and training of direct reports. Support and maintain operational targets and objectives for fulfillment, distribution, and storage centers. ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (Data Center Construction) to lead our growing portfolio of data center and infrastructure construction programs. In this leadership role, you will oversee multiple Construction Project Managers and ensure the successful delivery of complex, mission-critical facilities that support SpaceXSI's AI supercomputing goals. You will serve as a key bridge between field execution, engineering, and executive leadership, driving program-level strategy, risk management, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, primarily onsite role based in the Memphis, TN area, with flexibility for travel to support additional project sites across the US. ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Manager, Fiber at SpaceXSI's Memphis data center, you will lead and oversee all fiber optic infrastructure activities, driving the successful execution of large-scale installations, maintenance, and optimization projects. You’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership to manage teams of technicians, ensure the highest standards of safety and quality, and maintain the ultra-reliable high-speed connectivity that powers SpaceXSI's AI training and operations. Working closely with Foremen, Project Managers, and Superintendents, you’ll play a critical role in building and sustaining the robust network backbone essential to accelerating human scientific discovery through AI.
