This is an exciting opportunity to participate in advancing Natera’s oncology product portfolio of cutting-edge diagnostic tests. As Manager of Statistical Programming, you will leverage your strong R programming skills and clinical trials background to contribute to the analysis and reporting of clinical trials supporting multiple regulatory submissions. Primary Responsibilities: Lead and oversee statistical programming deliverables, including ADS (Analysis Datasets) and TLF (Table, Listings and Figures), ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance with ICH, GCP, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11. May manage a team of statistical programmers, taking responsibility for their technical and professional development, while contributing hands-on to programming work. Act as primary programming lead for regulatory submissions (e.g., 510(k), CTA/CDx, and PMA), ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous global standards. Maintain programming infrastructure, including R package development, validation, and maintenance in a controlled environment. Develop R Shiny dashboards that support data review, study monitoring, and exploration of analysis results. Promote statistical programming development and validation best practices. Work cross-functionally with Biostats, Data Management, Clinical Science, and other functions as necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of related experience, with at least 3 years of experience in Clinical Trial analysis. At least 3 years of R programming experience, including package development. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficient in R programming, including building and maintaining packages. POSITION SUMMARY Works closely with Senior Manager to ensure company, department, and team goals are met. POSITION SUMMARY: Join Natera’s Oncology Research Use Only (RUO) team as the Laboratory Manager . You will take ownership of the physical operations, asset management, and Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) compliance for a high-throughput Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) research laboratory. This environment supports internal and externally contracted research studies rather than clinical diagnostic reporting. You will operate with pace and rigor, using data to anticipate bottlenecks and treating lab compliance as the foundation of execution. POSITION SUMMARY The Clinical Lab Supervisor is a leader in Natera’s lab operations whose role is to oversee employees' performance and serve as a liaison between employees and senior management to meet company goals and quality objectives. The supervisor is responsible for daily supervision of lab staff performing duties such as laboratory testing and data review. Duties include but are not limited to coaching, motivating, staffing, evaluating, and training staff. The supervisor works closely with the manager to ensure company and team goals are met while adhering to good manufacturing practices and CLIA/CAP guidelines. The shift timings are from Monday- Friday , 1.00 PM- 9.30 PM PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for day-to-day staffing/scheduling/setting up sample run schedules. Ensures production work is consistently completed according to department goals. Ensures all case samples are processed and accounted for. Monitors team members to ensure adherence to SOPs and safety procedures Oversees training for new hires: works in conjunction with lead to train new hires. Document nonconformance reports and all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the established performance specifications as needed. Escalates protocol deviation to lead/supervisor. POSITION SUMMARY: This is an onsite position in San Carlos, CA. (Temp to Perm) The Receiving Specialist accepts and process deliveries. The responsibilities include verifying delivered items, unloading trucks, ensuring items are stored correctly. The receiving specialist will inspect deliveries with great attention to detail and be in good physical condition to lift and move heavy items. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-430pm PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Receiving and signing for deliveries, comparing purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists. Organize and store received items in appropriate areas, update inventory with received items. Process and record corresponding transactions in Oracle. You will take ownership of product development strategy and execution, guiding Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and cell-free DNA-based (cfDNA) In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products from feasibility through FDA Premarket Approval (PMA) and post-market support. Every test represents a real person, and you will build an organization of scientific contributors and managers to deliver robust clinical tools. You will establish priorities, allocate resources, and represent development with the FDA and executive leadership, ensuring that scientific rigor and data drive all regulatory and portfolio decisions.
