The Role Capco is seeking a Managing Principal to help lead and grow our Strategy & Digital Assets business in the US, with a particular focus on Banking & Payments. This is a senior, commercially focused consulting leadership role with responsibility for business development, strategic account leadership, client relationships and delivery. You’ll build and grow senior client relationships, originate and convert new opportunities, lead priority accounts and provide executive leadership across complex client engagements. You’ll bring a strong point of view on how digital assets, digital money, tokenization and emerging payment infrastructure are changing banking and payments, combined with the commercial instincts and consulting experience to translate these developments into practical client opportunities and sustainable revenue growth. What You’ll Do Own and grow strategic Banking & Payments accounts, developing account strategies, executive relationships, pipelines and opportunities that translate into sustainable consulting revenue. Originate and lead the full sales lifecycle, from identifying client needs and shaping executive agendas through solution development, proposals, commercial negotiation and close. Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on digital money, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, blockchain-enabled and cross-border payments, payment modernization, digital asset products and supporting operating models and infrastructure.
