THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation Consultant to provide specialist test automation services supporting large-scale banking and payments transformation programmes. The engagement focuses on designing and implementing robust automation solutions that improve testing efficiency, increase coverage across critical MVP paths, and support high-quality software delivery. Working closely with manual testers, developers, and programme stakeholders, you will help define automation priorities, maintain automation frameworks, and contribute to continuous quality assurance across card and banking platforms. Fluency in Polish is mandatory. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and implement regression test automation for critical MVP business and system paths Build and maintain the MVP Regression Pack to support repeatable and scalable testing execution Automate smoke and regression test scenarios where environments, integrations, and test data are available Maintain automation scripts, analyse automation execution results, and provide clear reporting on test outcomes Collaborate with manual testers and QA teams to identify and prioritise suitable scenarios for automation coverage SKILLS & EXPERIENCES TO GET THE JOB DONE: Proven experience in test automation within banking, payments, or enterprise technology environments Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, scripting languages, and automated testing best practices Experience developing and maintaining regression and smoke automation suites Familiarity with

You will be a foundational member of the security presence in our Warsaw innovation hub, partnering directly with IT, infrastructure, and product teams to ensure we have robust detection and response capabilities. Detection and response here leans on engineering practice. We are investing in automation and detection-as-code to cut down on manual triage, and we are looking for someone comfortable writing and reviewing code as part of that work. What you'll achieve: Lead detection, analysis, and response across our cloud and SaaS environments, identity providers, endpoints, and the software supply chain , ensuring timely and effective remediation of security incidents. Investigate and remediate security incidents across cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), identity providers (e.g., Okta), and SaaS environments. Investigate and contain software supply chain and CI/CD incidents , from unauthorized changes in build environments to suspect third-party dependencies (e.g., npm, PyPI). Help build and maintain our detection-as-code infrastructure (e.g., Panther), SOAR automation, and response playbooks, treating detection logic as tested, version-controlled production code. Utilize and optimize security tools such as Panther for SIEM, CrowdStrike for endpoint detection and response, and other security platforms.
