What You’ll Do: We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development to join our growing team. This individual will play a pivotal role in designing and executing clinical development programs that advance our pipeline of innovative therapeutics. The successful candidate will bring strong clinical insight, a deep understanding of drug development in a biotech setting, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Required location: Waltham, MA (hub-based, onsite 3-4 days per week) Responsibilities: Responsible for medical monitoring/reporting and safety activities Provide strategic medical leadership in the design, planning, and execution of clinical development strategies across multiple studies Acts as the medical contact at the company for clinical/medical issues Interprets, reports, and prepares oral and written results of product research, in concert with senior clinical personnel Serves as the medical expert for assigned assets studies Contribute to regulatory interactions and strategy, including IND/CTA submissions and briefing packages Collaborate and work closely with Clinical Operations to ensure appropriate site selection, patient recruitment strategies, and high-quality trial execution Oversee and support data interpretation, analysis, and clinical study reports

ROLE SUMMARY The Clinician Medical Monitor is accountable for providing medical and scientific expertise and oversight for Clinical Trials and serves as a single point of accountability for design, execution, monitoring, delivery and reporting of one or more clinical studies and to ensure patient safety. The clinician medical monitor may be required to design a development strategy for multiple protocols designed to obtain worldwide approval for a compound or group of compounds. In addition to study level activities, the clinician medical monitor may participate in standing committees, review compounds for potential in-licensing, including performance of due diligence reviews, and aid new business development on market opportunities and the target product profile. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Accountable for safety across the study Provide study team with medical advice for all medical issues during risk assessment and mitigation planning to enable quality, compliance and patient safety at the trial, site and patient level. Ensures development of and adherence to the Safety Surveillance Review Plan (SSRP). Consistent with the SSRP, performs and documents regular review of individual subject safety data, and performs review of cumulative safety data with the safety risk lead. As appropriate, the clinician medical monitor may delegate these responsibilities to the study clinician scientist identified in the SSRP. The specific components of safety data review are detailed in the appropriate SOPs and the “Safety Data Review Guide – for Clinicians.” Monitor study safety issues and provide input to serious adverse events (SAEs) reports. Advance patient care in gynecologic oncology as an Associate Medical Director at Natera. In this clinical leadership role, you will direct medical strategy and clinical development for our advanced cell-free DNA (cfDNA) and liquid biopsy portfolio, focusing on minimal residual disease (MRD) and recurrence monitoring for gynecologic malignancies (ovarian, endometrial, cervical, vulvar, and vaginal cancers). Opportunity Overview: The Strategic Medical Director Inpatient will report to the Managing Medical Director, Clinical Strategy, and be a fundamental physician driver of clinical program design, strategy, and innovation, working closely with prospective and current clients as we rapidly expand.
