In addition to laying the foundation of the team We're introducing a new role into our Mid market team that is end to end responsible to grow our book of business, managing both the pre and post sales journey of our clients. You will be responsible for your own book of Business, taking full ownership of strategic conversations, implementation & optimisations to grow the accounts. You will build & maintain a relationship at both client direct & agencies to meet their business objectives using Reddit's advertising suite. You will work closely with the wider Mid Market DACH Team to define best practices, treatments and process improvements that allow for more sustainable growth, efficiency or scale.
