The Regional People Partner is the key connective tissue between our Airport Operations leaders and their teams. Across your region, you're the person leaders lean on to make good calls, and the person team members know is invested in their success. This role puts you in the middle of it all: coaching station leaders, solving employee relations issues, and building exceptional team member experience that help CLEAR thrive. What you'll do: Be the go-to People Partner for Operations leaders in your region - the person they call when something's tricky, not just when something's already broken. Coach and sharpen station leaders and managers - through training, real feedback, recognition that means something, and just showing up when it counts. Own employee and labor relations across your stations: run investigations, dig into root causes, and land on outcomes that are fair and consistent, working closely with Legal along the way. Turn employee data, survey results, and what you're hearing on the ground into recommendations leaders can actually act on. Partner across People and Operations on the bigger initiatives: onboarding, process fixes, and making sure People practices run the same way at every station. Overview: Guidepoint’s Client Service team connects leading consultancies with the subject-matter experts they need to make informed business decisions. By understanding each client’s specific research needs and delivering targeted expert matches, often within hours, the team plays a critical role in providing a fast, high-quality client experience. As an Associate on the Client Service team, you will play a central role in delivering that experience. You will learn how to assess client needs, identify the types of experts best suited to address them, and recruit new experts into Guidepoint’s global network of more than 1,750,000 Advisors. About the Role As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will closely partner with an Operations Manager and/or GM to support and lead a team of supervisors, process leads, and associates to achieve our goals. In this role, you will support strategic planning and execution of department and building-wide targets and initiatives to support our company goals. Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors, process leads, and warehouse associates to achieve operational goals while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Support strategic planning and execution of department and site-wide initiatives in partnership with the Operations Manager and/or General Manager. Analyze daily operational performance, identify trends and opportunities, and make data-informed decisions to adapt to changing business needs. Partner cross-functionally across the site and network to solve operational challenges, implement change initiatives, and drive continuous improvement. Onboard and support new hires and cross-training team members to ensure successful integration and development. Lead and support Operations Managers on special projects and other business priorities as needed. About You This is what you’ll need to succeed in this role from day 1. Requirements: You have 5+ years of people leadership experience within a warehouse or manufacturing setting, while demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and consistent influence of other people managers of large teams.
