Operations Manager, Product & Engineering

Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About the Role As a Product Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive launch operations and quality, ensuring teams can operate effectively as Notion scales. You’ll serve as the core liaison between Product and the go-to-market organization, helping ensure new products and features are successful. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. The ideal candidate is able to dive into ambiguous problems that require deep technical fluency, think in systems to scale technical programs, identify and build agentic workflows to accelerate processes, and communicate effectively to drive alignment across cross-functional teams. Your core responsibilities are: Partner with product teams to help drive product strategy by synthesizing customer + internal signals into clear insights, framing bets/tradeoffs, and driving alignment on priorities. Build agentic wor

About Us: AI needs a new infrastructure layer. We're building it at Modal. Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now. Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp , Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale. We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation. Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g., Seaborn , Luigi ), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience. The Role: We're seeking a Revenue Operations Manager with a strong track record, a builder's mindset, and a bias for action to join our in-person team in New York or SF. This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You'll own the entire revenue operations function, from top-of-funnel lead routing through deal close and commission administration. You'll work closely with our Head of Finance & People Ops and sales leadership to build the systems, dashboards, and processes that scale our go-to-market motion. What You'll Do: Own the lead routing process from inbound and partnering with marketing to ensure proper attribution Run effective territory management & strategy for Geo based decisioning Support & strategise every aspect of revenue operations in your territory Own the strategy for capacity forecasting, inputs, throughputs & outputs being the conduit back to finance in the US for effect capacity

About the Team DoorDash Labs is an independent team within DoorDash. We explore robotics and automation to transform last-mile logistics in the long term. If you want to work on commercializing autonomy and robotics in a service used by millions of people — and on bringing the merchant partners who power that service along with us — then we want to talk to you! About the Role Come help us redefine last-mile logistics through robotics, automation, and other advanced technologies. Autonomy only works when merchants — restaurants, retailers, and other partners — can reliably interact with our robots: handing off orders, troubleshooting edge cases, and trusting the experience enough to keep using it. This role owns that side of the equation. We're looking for a Merchant Success & Growth lead to build the strategy and operational mechanisms that get merchants onboard, keep them performing, and turn their day-to-day reality into a tight feedback loop for product and engineering. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Own merchant adoption and performance KPIs for autonomy end-to-end — defining what "successful merchant interaction with a robot" means, instrumenting it, and driving improvement against it. Build the playbooks and operational mechanisms to onboard merchants to autonomy — from first conversation through training, go-live, and steady-state ops — and scale them across markets. Partner with sales, account management, and field ops to recruit and ramp the right merchant cohorts for each stage of the product, and design experiments that test new merchant-facing features and handoff models. Define merchant performance benchmarks (handoff success rate, dwell time, dasher/robot interaction quality, merchant CSAT) and run the cadence that holds partners and internal teams accountable to them. Stand up the feedback loop from the field back to product and engineering — turning merchant complaints, edge cases, and frontline observations into prioriti

About the Team The Cooperative AI team is scaling OpenAI with OpenAI. We are building a model-powered scaled automated workforce and knowledge system that evolves and learns alongside a human workforce. By leveraging OpenAI’s state-of-the-art models and technologies, some already in production, others still in the lab, we develop systems that reason and work autonomously for a wide variety of operational work. We leverage real workloads for critical systems across finance, sales, customer support, integrity, product insights, internal operations, and more in order to drive insights into product and industry. We partner closely with internal teams and external customers globally, operating in a hyper-fast feedback loop where many of our users are just a few steps away. This proximity allows us to iterate quickly, validate impact in real time, and accelerate industry impacting learnings and systems builds. We are a highly multidisciplinary, self-contained team focused on transforming the workplace via smart systems, knowledge, scalable and reliable primitives that apply world-class AI capabilities across domains. Our mission is to learn fast and transform how humans collaborate with AI at scale. About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a small, fast-moving team building AI-powered automation systems that redefine how work gets done across OpenAI. This role sits at the intersection of applied AI, research, and product engineering. You’ll lead a team that builds systems that know how to learn from humans, and carry real workloads across, sales, support, finance, IT, and more, while staying deeply involved in the technical work. You will operate in a highly iterative environment, deploying systems directly to internal users, gathering rapid feedback, and evolving solutions in real time. This is a high-ownership role for someone excited about building 0→1 systems, working closely with customers, and shaping how AI transforms operational wor
