Clinical Team Lead (Registered Nurse) 📍 Wales – Multi‑Site Role (Travel Across Wales Required) 💷 £29.14 – £37.50 per hour 🩺 Community‑based | Flexible shifts | Weekly pay Pulse is recruiting registered nurses for a Clinical Team Lead role supporting Our Future Health , the UK’s largest health research programme. This is a mobile, multi‑site role across Wales , ideal for nurses who enjoy variety, autonomy, and working across different community locations. The role is suitable for experienced Band 6/7 nurses , or Band 5 nurses with leadership or supervisory experience who are ready to step up into a clinical leadership position. Nurses who are flexible to travel across multiple sites will be particularly well suited. This is a nurse‑led, patient‑facing leadership role , where you’ll provide day‑to‑day clinical oversight while remaining hands‑on within community clinic environments. ✅
