WHAT WE'RE SEEKING The Senior Accountant is responsible for working with our accounting group to produce accurate and timely financial statements for internal and external use, with primary focus on revenue and expense oversight for partnerships, media, and marketing in accordance with applicable accounting standards. This role works closely with the Partnerships and Marketing teams, as well as other functions, to gather the information needed to properly account for transactions across the business, and interacts with corporate and site-level associates and managers to communicate financial information. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, can work with fairly minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment, and works well across teams. WHAT YOU WILL DO Key Responsibilities Analyze and review partnership contracts for proper accounting under ASC 606, and prepare monthly journal entries to record transactions in the appropriate accounting periods Prepare monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting Invoice and review payment app

Support space planning and seating logistics, including desk moves, adds, and changes. Help plan and execute office events, supporting smooth day-of logistics. Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to help confirm compliance with safety standards and company policies; flag issues to the team. Support emergency preparedness activities, including drills and basic response procedures, under the direction of site leadership. Coordinate with vendors and contractors on day-to-day service requests for food, beverages, cleaning, and maintenance; help track service quality and follow up on issues. Assist with move-in/move-out logistics for office renovations and new builds. Help gather and organize occupancy data and employee feedback to support workplace improvement efforts.
