This role is responsible for stacking and securing merchandise on pallets for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Position Summary Perform various duties to check orders and load store merchandise onto trailers, and remove and palletize store returns, empty trays, and other materials from returning trailers. ] Essential Functions Prepare trailer for loading; receive wave sheet indicating loading sequence and expected store cube. Obtain all merchandise delivered at the trailer and stack into stable loads. Verify product counts and inspect items for damage before loading. Receive RX sheets for daily store deliveries and verify RX tote quantities against actual quantity received. Load merchandise onto trailer manually — stacking/packing securely to minimize imbalance, movement, and damage in transit (heavy cases on lower level, lighter cases on upper level). Work both palletized and fluid (floor-loaded) lanes; load Non-Con (non-conveyable) products. Secure loads using straps, shrink wrap, boards, or load bars between store orders and at the end of the load. Separate store orders as required and close trailer at load completion; lock trailer doors, secure with a red lock, and give the seal number to the Lead. The Quality Control Auditor randomly conducts audits of all warehouse personnel to ensure a high level of customer service. You will randomly select cases and totes for inspection, using labels and item listings, verify accuracy of store order picked by matching merchandise to invoice and verify to the proper packing of picked orders. Additional responsibilities: Use WMS to print orders. Randomly select store numbers to be audited using the assumed receipts model. Communicate and verify store numbers for transportation and operational purposes. Communicate to individuals on an as needed basis. Retrieve and break down store order to be audited. Scan store order picked using technology. Complete store audit information. Complete documents and palletize order for delivery. Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor. Assist in yearly inventory. Assist in all housekeeping of the department. All other duties as required. This position has a lifting requirement of 30lbs, other physical activities include bending/reaching/stooping walking/standing/climbing Overtime may be required, particularly during high volume periods, to ensure that all stores are serviced according to daily schedule.</li
