We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Staff Accountant to support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of Noctrix Health. This role will have hands-on responsibility across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and month-end close. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting principles, is comfortable working across multiple accounting functions, and enjoys improving processes and systems. This individual should be able to operate independently while collaborating effectively across a fast-paced, growing organization. This is a full-time, hybrid position located at our Pleasanton headquarters. Responsibilities: Manage the full Accounts Payable cycle, including invoice processing, coding, approval workflows, and payment preparation Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy, appropriate documentation, coding, and authorization Maintain accurate vendor records, including W-9s, payment information, and supporting documentation Reconcile vendor statements and research and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies Prepare and process ACH, wire, check, and other vendor payments in accordance with established payment terms Support annual 1099 preparation and reporting Prepare and issue accurate and timely customer invoices Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and outstanding customer balances

Lithic's Treasury Operations team owns the movement of money across our card issuing infrastructure — network settlement, sponsor bank transfers, and the reconciliation that keeps it all provable. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to learn the inner workings of payments and fintech infrastructure, not just observe them from a reporting layer. You'll be running a critical, time-sensitive engine every day — and at the same time, working alongside the Head of Treasury Operations to improve how that engine works as the function scales. You’ll also work cross-functionally across a wide range of teams (Finance, Treasury Engineering, Risk, Analytics, Processing, Customer Success, Bank Operations) — this role sits at the center of a lot of different workflows, not off in a silo. Lithic is hiring for Business Operations, Program Management: a generalist role dedicated to the Program Management (PM) business line, where Lithic owns the bank relationship, handles compliance, and runs the client's card program end to end. We're expanding Program Management this year, and this person will build and run how it operates day to day, meaning the processes, reporting, and coordination across teams that today happen informally. This is a chance to build real depth in how sponsor bank partnerships and card programs work, in payments and fintech more broadly, while working directly with the Head of Program Management. As a member of Ramp's Risk Strategy & Operations team, you will leverage data to develop and optimize credit strategies. Credit is one of Ramp's most consequential products. Every policy change affects how customers can grow their usage, and how responsibly Ramp scales up while managing risk. Credit Risk Strategy owns these tradeoffs end to end. In this role, you will own or help build strategy across credit risk areas like credit limits, payment speed, and collections. You'll take ambiguous problems, get to the data, prototype the solution, and push the change with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Risk Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, and Compliance. AI fluency is required. We use AI as a core pillar of our risk management stack, and you will be prototyping and managing related Agents and tools. You should already be using tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI tools to write code, explore data, prototype apps, automate workflows, and check your own work.
