Titan Security is seeking a Site Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations at an iconic, high-profile property in the heart of Chicago’s Loop. Situated within a historic landmark featuring classic Chicago School architecture, modern amenities, and public exhibits, this unique site requires a dedicated leader who balances high-standard safety procedures with exceptional customer service for tenants, international executives, and visitors alike. As the Site Security Supervisor, you will directly manage a team of 5 security officers/supervisors, ensuring top-tier protection, operational excellence, and team development. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development: Supervise a team of 5 security officers/supervisors. Oversee scheduling, payroll, coaching, recognition, and performance management. Conduct site-specific on-the-job training, client-specific training, and annual refreshers adhering to Titan standards. Operational Oversight: Reconcile daily logs, shift responsibilities, and patrol reports. Review incident reports prior to submission to Management and coordinate preliminary investigations. Operating in a high-volume public retail environment, the Shift Supervisor maintains a visible protective presence, enforces tenant safety guidelines, supports life-safety compliance, and coordinates shift coverage to ensure a safe, welcoming experience for visitors and merchants alike. About the Location Located in the heart of the Loop, this high-profile 275,000+ SF multi-level urban shopping center serves as a premier downtown retail, dining, and entertainment destination. Situated beneath a 38-story residential tower and a 22-story office high-rise, the complex features major retail anchors, a multi-screen cinema, a dining hall, and direct underground pedestrian access to both the CTA Blue Line and Red Line subway stations. Experiencing heavy daily foot traffic from transit commuters, shoppers, office workers, tourists, and event-goers, the site requires active, vigilant crowd and facility monitoring.
