Job description
At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive. Lyft Urban Solutions (LUS) creates bikeshare programs that riders love, cities need, and operators value. We design, build and support the bikes and stations technology behind bikeshare programs in cities around the world, including Bixi. Our Montreal team sits at the heart of that work, bringing together engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, marketing and commercial teams under one roof. As the People Business Partner for LUS, you'll be the go-to people partner, and will also serve as the primary People lead for the Montreal site. You'll translate business priorities into practical people plans, help managers lead through complex people issues, and make sure our programs land properly in a Quebec context.
