Fab16s (Tainan) Scanner Process Manager As a Fab16s (Tainan) Process Manager, you will… Lead and manage a team of process engineers to oversee process development, optimization, and sustaining in semiconductor manufacturing. Drive process performance, yield improvement, and cost optimization while leveraging AI-driven analytics, automation, and advanced data modeling to enhance decision-making, process control, and operational efficiency. Provide technical leadership and support across manufacturing, equipment, and integration teams. Responsibilities and Tasks • Forecast and manage process-related operational costs, including materials, yield loss, and metrology expenses. Drive cost reduction initiatives through AI-based yield analysis and predictive modeling. • Develop and implement robust process control systems to ensure stability, repeatability, and high yield. Leverage AI-assisted fault detection, root cause analysis (RCA), and knowledge systems to improve excursion response and reduce variability. • Work closely with Equipment Engineering and Manufacturing teams to address process constraints and optimize OEE, yield, and throughput. Utilize AI/ML models to improve process windows and sampling strategies. • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop scalable process solutions, integrating AI-enabled monitoring systems, digital dashboards, and smart alerting for real-time process health tracking. • Provide support to ensure compliance with EHSS

Study and optimize equipment performance, reliability, upgrades, and safety. Drive programs to improve uptime and resolve equipment issues impacting manufacturing, while leveraging AI-driven analytics and automation to enhance decision-making, predictive maintenance, and operational efficiency. Provide technical support to manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations. Responsibilities and Tasks • Forecast and budget for equipment upkeep costs and related expenditures. Drive improvement activities to reduce costs by utilizing AI-based cost modeling and predictive maintenance insights . • Develop systems and procedures to ensure first-time success in PM, and drive effective troubleshooting with low MTTR and spare cost through AI-assisted fault detection, root cause analysis (RCA), and knowledge systems . • Work closely with Process and Manufacturing Managers to address equipment constraints and OEE. Leverage AI/ML models to optimize tool performance, throughput, and metrology sampling strategies . • Establish and monitor vendor performance metrics to drive quality and cost improvements. Utilize data analytics platforms and AI-based benchmarking to evaluate supplier performance and identify optimization opportunities.</p

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities: Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required May perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers. Successful Candidates must have the following Qualifications: Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, including: fundamentals of electricity, and basic electronic components and circuits Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and fix mechanical systems Vacuum system knowledge and troubleshooting ability Ability to use schematic diagrams to troubleshoot systems to components level Intermediate PC skills including a familiarity with MS Office Suite.
