Job Summary As a Project Manager, you will be part of a high-performing professional services team focused on evaluating how the nCino product can best meet our European clients’ needs and working with the Implementation Consultant to oversee the application of a seven-step implementation process with nCino bank and credit union customers. Responsibilities: Execute strategic vision and adoption of nCino across financial institutions by engaging stakeholders at all levels. Foster strong relationships and ensure alignment with organizational goals for project success. Take full ownership of the project/program timeline, proactively addressing risks and dependencies. The primary focus will be to optimize, activate and recruit our French, Middle Eastern & Southern European channels by managing and recruiting new solution partners. The channel account manager is a quota-carrying, revenue-producing role that is responsible for recruiting, onboarding and managing relationships with a defined portfolio of partners. The role is responsible for selective new partner recruitment against our ideal partner profile, engaging partners with the Smartsheet Aligned partner program, and driving joint partner business planning. Channel Account Managers will also significantly collaborate with Smartsheet direct sales teams locally.
