We’re looking for a Logistics / Supply Chain Assistant to strengthen our global Supply Chain organization by taking ownership of operational tasks in logistics, and support in other supply chain related areas such as procurement and planning. This role focuses on logistics operations, planning and coordinating warehouse transfers of our warehouses in Europe, tracking shipments, controlling invoices, etc. This position is an ideal entry-level position to enable a career in logistics or other supply chain areas. If you enjoy collaborating across teams and ensuring that day‑to‑day supply chain activities run smoothly and reliably, this is an opportunity to make a real impact in an international environment. Roles & Responsibilities As Logistics / Supply Chain Assistant, you support operational supply chain activities across logistics and procurement. You work closely with teams in Switzerland and other locations, as well as external partners and service providers globally. Main responsibility: Logistics Support inbound logistics by tracking incoming shipments, checking shipping documents vs. PO data, and ensuring correct goods receipt postings in the ERP system. Support outbound logistics by maintaining shipping instructions, coordinating standard shipments with couriers / 3PLs, and ensuring accurate shipment and trackin
