We’re looking for a Procurement / Supply Chain Assistant to strengthen our global Supply Chain organization by taking ownership of operational tasks across procurement, planning, and logistics. This role focuses on creating, tracking, and following up on purchase orders based on inputs from Strategic and Tactical Procurement, and related product receipt and invoicing topics. This position is an ideal entry-level position to enable a career in procurement, planning, or logistics. Roles & Responsibilities As Procurement / Supply Chain Assistant, you support operational supply chain activities across procurement, planning, and logistics. You work closely with teams in Switzerland and other locations, as well as external partners and service providers globally. Main responsibility: Procurement and planning operations Create, release, and maintain purchase orders (POs) for raw materials and finished goods based on inputs from Strategic and Tactical Procurement and defined planning parameters.
