About the role Midjourney is an independent research lab exploring new mediums of thought and expanding the imaginative powers of the human species. We are a small, self-funded team focused on design, human infrastructure, and AI. We're looking for a Product Designer to help build out experiences across Midjourney projects. You'll work closely with design and engineering to design and ship everything from product launches and feature pages to marketing moments and entirely new experiences. This is a hands-on role. We expect you to be as comfortable refining typography and layout as you are shipping a page. If your favorite part of the job is making beautiful things that people actually use, keep reading. You'll join a small design team with a lot of ownership and a high bar for craft, working across the entire Baseten product to solve hard problems for technical users. This role covers the full arc of the work: early exploration through production. You'll establish patterns that show up across the product, evolve our design system, and raise the quality bar as we scale.
